There are several challenges in the project that can be addressed in Master Theses. The short zoom recording shall give an idea about the project, the challenges, and potential theses. To define a specific thesis topic for an individual we need to talk with each other since we aim to tailor the thesis for the candidate.
Privacy in data stream processing
The Parrot project is aiming at privacy support for IoT applications using data stream processing systems. The idea is to extend queries with privacy protecting mechanisms in such a way that the privacy requirements of data providers are protected and the protected data is still useful for applications.
