Capacitor calibration with flash-ROM

This project shall investigate designs for a programmable capacitance using non-volatile memory in CMOS for resonance frequency tuning of a wireless implant power receiver. The added difficulty to standard flash-memory is the fact that the memory cells have to switch capacitors without power supply, since the capacitors are already needed before power is available to the system in order to receive power.

The status of the project is such that a basic idea of how to do this exists and has been implemented on an ASIC, but did not actually work when measuring on the physical device. Thus, the first task would be to analyze the prior solution and then correct the circuit or come up with a new approach.
