MILENs second international conference will aim to build on the success of the first conference, held in November 2010. The conference is intended to solidify and expand MILENs international network; provide a forum for the presentation of cutting edge research on sustainable energy and environment; and to stimulate interdisciplinary cooperation and new thinking through exposure to theory, methods, analytical approaches and examples.
The conference will take place over two full days on the University of Oslo campus. We aim for around 100 participants and at least 40 papers (4000 words), selected based on an assessment of abstracts. We will have 3 keynote addresses, a conference dinner at the end of the first day, several plenary and parallel sessions.
