The Reactor Room

The reactor room is one of the most integral labs of the ALD infrastructure, with the most users and active reactor schedules. The reactor room contains several ALD reactors; 4 x F120 Sat design, home made powder reactor, home made high temperature reactor, a micro-ALD reactor.
