They used specially designed battery cells to performed the measurements and measured up to 3 batteries at the same time. The materials we measured were Si, graphite, LiNiMnCoO and LFP (LiFePO4). Dipankar also got to look at a new heating set up for RECX2, which the ESRF scientists have created down there. Overall, they returned with lots of good data and some new equipment!

And while the data is of the essence, it's very doable to multitask and get some football in at the same time!
