The instrument is controlled by the software Topspin 3.2 pl4. The instrument is configured with two complete radio channels and deuterium lock channel and is equipped with a BACS 60 sample changer. The instrument is equipped with a 5 mm BBOF probe, 1H, and an X channel which of course does include 13C, 15N, 19F and 31P observation and decoupling.
AVIII HD 400
The AVIII HD 400 nmr instrument was purchased with new electronics and a pre owned magnet. The shielded AVIII 400 magnet was produced in 2001 and has had a previous life at Astra Zeneca in Södertälje, the AVIII HD 400 console is manufactured in 2015. The installation took place in March 2015.
