In the spring of 2022 four three nmr instruments will be used in KJM 5250/KJM 9250; DRX 500, AVI600, AVII600 and AVIIIHD800. (AVIIIHD800 started to malfunction in the Christmas- New Year vacation period). The instruments will be used one, two or three days a week depending upon available teacher resources.
With no extra staff the combined lab course/colloquia will be given one day a week. With one extra teacher the combined lab course/colloquia will be given twice a week.
With two extra teachers the combined lab course/colloquia will be given thrice a week.
Depending upon the Corona situation one student or two students will work at one spectrometer at a time. The number of students will then be:
One teacher (FR). Lab course/colloquia is run one day a week. 8 6 students if the Corona situation is favorable (Two students sit side by side at each of the four instrument PCs). 4 3 students with unfavorable Corona situation. (One student for each of the four three instrument PCs).
Two teachers (FR + ?) Lab course/colloquia is run two days a week. 16 12 students if the Corona situation is favorable. (Two students sit side by side at each of the four instrument PCs). 8 6 students with unfavorable Corona situation. (One student for each of the four three instrument PCs).
Three teachers (FR + ? + ?) Lab course/colloquia is run three days a week. 12 9 students with unfavorable Corona situation. (One student for each of the four three instrument PCs).
