Project Kick-off meeting in Beijing and Yuqiao reservoir (Tianjin) area

The purpose of the kick off meeting is to:

- give all participants a better understanding of the tasks and goals of the project

- identify challenges and how to address these

- identify potential for synergy and added value by linking the project activities to other on-going activities

- identify step by step the tasks that need to be conducted

The output of the Kick-off meeting is a detailed work-plan for the project
