In this seminar we will return to the topic of the role of publication in production and quality assurance of science. We will talk about the role of critique in science, the peer review process, how dataset, statistics, significance and truth all are linked together, explore why scientist do not always agree and why meta-studies are important to catch ‘The bigger picture’ in science.
