Title: Helson matrices
Abstract: The infinite dimensional torus T∞ is a compact abelian group. Its dual is the group of positive rational numbers Q+. Is there a function ψ ∈ L∞(T∞) with Fourier coefficients
\(\widehat{\psi}(n) = \frac{1}{\sqrt{n}\,\log{n}}\)
for n=2,3,4,...? The goal of my talk is to explain why this question is interesting.
