My face is not exactly new at the department, since I've worked here as a postdoc since 2017, but I've now taken a position as associate professor. Before coming to Oslo, I did my PhD at Imperial College London under the supervision of Richard Thomas, and I then spent two years as a postdoc in Oxford. My research interest is complex algebraic geometry, and more specifically I tend to work on questions in enumerative geometry and on homological algebra of coherent sheaves on varieties.
