My background is in hydrology and environmental engineering. I graduated from South Dakota School of mines and Technology and the title of my thesis was "Characterization of the hydrogeologic framework of the Big Sioux aquifer using aerial electromagnetic data".
My Ph.D. research will apply the fields of Finite Element and Scientific Machine Learning to hydrology to advance the state-of-the-art modeling capabilities to aid forecasting in reservoir inflow and storage for hydroelectric power production.
