I have a background in physics and a masters degree in computational fluid mechanics from UiO. For my PhD, I will work with Atle Jensen to model extreme weather events in fjords and rivers using computational mechanics and sensor data. The project, "Extreme Weather Digital Twins", is a collaborative effort between the Department of Mathematics, Department of Informatics and the Norwegian Meteorological Institute. My personal research interests are computational mechanics and modelling of physical systems.
