Academic interests
My interests are focused on applications of transmission electron microscopy (TEM) in the study of transparent conducting oxides. More specifically, my research focuses on structural characterization at the atomic level (phase identification, defects, oxidation states, etc.) by the using of different analytical and diffractometric techniques, such as HRTEM and STEM imaging, electron diffraction, EELS and EDS analysis. I am also interested in the study of the optical properties of luminescent materials via CL and PL.
