The progress reporting consists of:
- One mandatory meeting in the 3rd semester (Third semester report).
- Annual reports submitted electronically.
- Some units also conduct reporting meetings in the 5th and 7th semester.
The third semester report
All PhD candidates are invited to a meeting between 12 and 15 months after the PhD candidate's appointment date. This third semester report meeting is mandatory, and the purpose is to follow up the candidate's progress until now.
